Many people set goals for themselves, but once they hit that goal they stop. I read in the book “Atomic Habits” that we should create systems. Yes, it’s good to have a place in mind you want to be, however, this isn’t the finish line. When you are living your life, you are never at the finish line. There is always an opportunity to grow, to learn, to improve. If you hit a goal, keep going, don’t stop.

I did this very thing. I had a goal to run a half marathon and once I finished, I stopped running and ended up plateauing in my health and fitness. I had to change my mindset and now I have a workout routine that I love.
